Precision Services Inc. is a busy pump and valve shop supporting industrial and municipal clients. We’re seeking an Inventory Control Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY. About This Role
This role oversees our Louisville, KY site inspections and QC functions by conducting and documenting all Quality Investigations (both internally and externally) and advising on corrective action and/or recommendations to Senior Management, addressing customer complaints, and provide support and trainings to Technicians, Account Managers, and Customers.


This Role Will

• Become proficient in ASME and NBIC codes and requirements for valve coding, sizing, and selection
• Calibrate and maintain all equipment requirements for our Quality Program
• Update and maintain New Valve Assembly CI Log
• Conduct and lead all internal and external quality audits through resolution
• Provide support with regards to products, training, lunch-n-learn, etc. with Technicians, Account Managers and Customers as required
• Manage both internal and external Technician training programs
• Work with the Shop Manager to ensure Quality standards are being maintained on a consistent basis
• Ensure we have exhausted all resources, including Senior Management, before a customer is told we cannot meet their Quality Requirements
• Respond to e-mails, inquiries, follow-ups, etc. in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with customers and fellow employees
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control
• 1-3 years of experience interpreting codes
• Proficient in MS Suite
• Some travel may be required
• A valid drivers license is required
