 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own Your Market – Proactively identify, pursue, and close residential painting projects by building relationships with homeowners, realtors, and property managers.
  • Close the Deal – Use your sales expertise to present solutions, overcome objections, and win new business.
  • Make an Impact – Be the face of CertaPro Painters, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from the first call to project completion.
  • Drive Revenue – Maximize sales opportunities by networking, generating leads, and following up on inquiries with urgency.
  • Take Initiative – Work independently to manage your schedule, set priorities, and exceed sales targets.

  • Sales Process Management - Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Proposal Development - Prepare and present detailed, accurate proposals that reflect the scope of work and meet client expectations.
  • Relationship Building - Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Problem Solving - Address client concerns and challenges with professionalism and efficiency, delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are executed according to the agreed plan.
