What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance work.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., HVAC filter changes, fire extinguisher checks) and keep detailed records.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours and weekend calls.
• Utilize carpentry and construction skills to complete repairs and small renovation projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and property regulations.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize work and maintain open communication with tenants and team members.
• Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Participate in property improvement projects and inspections to identify areas for enhancement.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability for emergency calls (after-hours/weekends).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 80 lbs., climbing, standing, working in tight spaces).
