KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, taking ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle for clients across diverse industries.
· Client Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor and partner to clients, identifying and implementing solutions to meet their evolving hiring needs and business goals.
· Proactive Talent Sourcing: Leverage creative and cutting-edge sourcing methods (social media, professional networks, events, etc.) to build and sustain pipelines of high-caliber talent.
· Employer Branding: Collaborate with clients to craft compelling job postings and employer branding strategies that attract top-tier candidates and highlight client values.
· Candidate Selection: Apply a rigorous, data-informed approach to evaluating candidates, presenting clients with top talent who align with their organizational goals.
· Process Innovation: Continuously improve and adapt recruitment processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
· Performance Metrics: Analyze and report key recruitment metrics, using insights to refine strategies and exceed client expectations.
· Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and industry shifts, positioning HR Power 10 and its clients as leaders in talent acquisition.
· Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
· Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment with 2+ years in a consulting, agency, or high-impact environment.
· Experience recruiting for diverse roles, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
· Expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring strategies, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
· Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence and guide clients toward innovative solutions.
· Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients and candidates alike.
· Highly driven, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
