· Partner with leaders to write clear job postings and find the right candidates.
· Screen and interview candidates, making sure they’re a great fit.
· Coordinate background checks, offers, and onboarding to give every new hire a smooth start.

· Keep handbooks and policies up-to-date and easy to understand.
· Provide guidance on employment laws (like FMLA and ADA) in a clear and approachable way.
· Help ensure our processes stay consistent and compliant.

· Deliver onboarding and training sessions that help people feel confident in their roles.
· Track and improve training programs so they’re effective and engaging.

· Be a trusted resource for employees when questions or challenges come up.
· Assist with performance conversations and conflict resolution with fairness and care.
· Help design ways to keep employees engaged and connected at work.
General HR Support
· Provide day-to-day HR guidance in a supportive, approachable way.
· Assist with compensation, benefits, and HR reporting when needed.
· Keep track of HR data and share insights to help leaders make informed decisions.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (PHR/SHRM-CP is a plus).
· At least 2 years of broad HR experience (recruitment, compliance, training, employee relations).
· Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
· Great communication and people skills — approachable, patient, and professional.
· Strong organizational skills — you enjoy structure, consistency, and follow-through.
· Comfortable using HR technology (HRIS, ATS, LMS).
Why You’ll Love It Here
· You’ll be part of a team that values consistency, collaboration, and genuine support.
· Your organizational skills will shine — you’ll keep processes moving smoothly.
· You’ll get to make a real impact on employees’ experiences every day.
