Job Summary: 

As a Data Center Sales Specialist for the Cobre line you will be strategic, results-driven with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the power and energy sector. You will be responsible for driving sales, effectively handling objections, and motivated to achieve and surpass targets. In this role you will demonstrate strong ethics, character, and honesty, coupled with a relentless drive for success. Basic electrical knowledge related to transformers is essential, as well as the ability to inspire the customers to appreciate our Cobre line products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Engagement: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry contacts, and stakeholders. 
  • Handle objections and close deals with confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. 

Product Knowledge: 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Cobre line of transformers and related products. 
  • Communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers, ensuring they understand and appreciate the value they provide. 
  • Understand the infrastructure needs of hyperscale, enterprise, and co-location data centers. 
  • Position the Cobre line of products as a solution for critical power and energy applications, including reliability, redundancy, and scalability. 
  • Maintain awareness of trends in energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance standards affecting the sector. 

Market Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks. 
Ethical Sales Practices: 
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all sales activities. 
  • Foster a culture of trust and transparency within the sales team and with customers. 

Sales Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 

Network Utilization: 

  • Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and drive sales. 
  • Continuously expand the network to enhance market reach and business opportunities.  

 Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as Sales Manager, preferably in the energy sector and data center sector.
  • Strong understanding of basic electrical knowledge, particularly related to transformers. 
  • Exceptional sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. 
  • High moral character, honesty, and a strong ethical compass. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. 
  • Motivated by financial success but driven by a mission to provide value to customers. 
  • Industry contacts and a valuable network are highly desirable particularly in the data center and power sectors but not exclusively. 
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
