In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee comprehensive financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budget preparation, ensuring meticulous compliance and accuracy.
• Drive the timely and precise closing of monthly financials within clearly defined timelines (5-10 days monthly close).
• Develop, monitor, and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and budgetary strategies to protect company assets.
• Prepare insightful financial reporting, forecasts, and strategic financial plans to guide executive decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing accounting team focused on delivering detailed, accurate financial work.

Qualifications You Bring:

• Master's degree in business administration, CPA certification, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible financial management and supervisory experience.
