This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a structured environment where tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role:
As a seasonal General Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our properties. You’ll work on tasks like landscaping, snow removal, light repairs, and supporting skilled tradespeople during property renovations. We are seeking someone who enjoys following established processes, completing work with precision, and contributing to the overall care and improvement of the properties we manage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grass cutting and lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
• Assist with landscaping projects, such as planting, mulching, and watering.

• Perform snow removal tasks, including shoveling, plowing, and salting/sanding walkways and parking areas.
• Support general labor tasks, including but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, moving equipment and supplies, and assisting with site cleanup. 
• Operate and maintain outdoor equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow blowers, and hand tools. 
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks efficiently and assist overall maintenance.

• Travel to various areas in and around the facilities.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, reporting any issues or concerns promptly. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
