Your Role

As a Plumber, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across our apartment complex, ensuring that residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and faucets.
• Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Install new plumbing fixtures and appliances as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property in top shape.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Follow all safety regulations while on the job.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including electrical and HVAC repairs.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years as a plumber or plumbing technician (preferred).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing: A valid plumbing license or certification is a plus!
Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours as needed.
Transportation: A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
