Now Hiring: Executive Assistant – Be the Heart of Our Client's Leadership Team

Location: Onsite- Raleigh, NC
Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Industry: Architecture, Engineering, or Construction experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our executive team, keeping operations smooth, communication flowing, and projects moving forward. You’ll play a key role in helping our leadership stay focused, prepared, and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary liaison between executives and staff, clients, and key external partners

  • Own calendar management, email oversight, and day-to-day coordination for executive leaders

  • Plan and schedule meetings, events, and internal milestones with efficiency and foresight

  • Prepare and submit timesheets, expense reports, and internal communications with accuracy

  • Make seamless travel arrangements for executives and senior team members

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls while managing email and physical correspondence

  • Maintain and update mailing and distribution lists to keep communications running smoothly

  • Coordinate with departments on executive-related initiatives (e.g., sponsorships, campaigns, public events)

  • Assist with planning engaging company-wide events like open houses, holidays, and anniversaries

  • Provide critical support on clerical tasks: proofreading, filing, organizing, transcribing, and document management


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of proven success in an Executive Assistant or high-level Administrative Support role

  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

  • A sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity

  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude — you know how to anticipate needs before they arise

  • Bonus: Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry is a plus!
