HIRE Strategies is currently in search of a bilingual part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Bilingual (Spanish)
2+ years of experience or exposure to recruiting and/or sales projects is preferred.
Background in sourcing for construction or manufacturing roles preferred.
· Dedication to meeting goals and ability to work flexible hours (as required) to contribute to recruiting efforts.
· Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with candidates.
· Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
· Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
· Ability to establish priorities and multitask.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Detailed Oriented.
· Ability to work independently, as well as contribute as an effective team member.
