Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Senior/Lead Developer Job Summary We are looking for a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join a project team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong technical expertise in LWC, Apex, and Flows, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. Candidates with experience in Investment Banking, Brokerage, Banking, or Wealth Management are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Work extensively with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to build and enhance financial services solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in technical design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, automation, and user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when working in a lead capacity.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and project leadership. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong hands-on experience with: o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Apex o Salesforce Flows o SOQL/SOSL o Salesforce data model and security o Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following are preferred:
• Investment Banking
• Brokerage / Capital Markets
• Banking
• Wealth Management
• Financial Services Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
• Experience leading Salesforce development initiatives or acting as a technical lead.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
