This role is responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with environmental and safety standards. The Reconstruction Project Manager works closely with onsite teams and external vendors to minimize unit downtime while identifying root causes of damage to prevent recurrence.
Our client is building an "In-House" Project Management Team that is managing unplanned property damage, for example: water intrusion and mold incidents. We are searching for strong capital improvement backgrounds. Multifamily construction management candidates that have experience in new builds, new development or reinvestment projects are welcome, however, the candidates need to be okay with this type of project management work.
