Appointment Setter | On-Site

The Appointment Setter is responsible for making outbound calls to insurance agents, engaging prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a critical role in driving company growth and ensuring the sales team has a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted insurance agent clients (between 20-30 per hour),

  • Secure and schedule appointments for the Agents.

  • Accurately document calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative call center culture.

 
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of high-volume call center experience

  • Strong phone presence – clear, confident, professional communication.

  • Good computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, Google tools).

  • Ability to work onsite every day in Clinton Township, MI.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Resilient and motivated to hit goals in a structured, metric-driven environment.
