The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for making a high number of outbound calls to property & casualty insurance agents´clientele, engaging prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments. This is a critical role in driving company growth and ensuring the team has a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company supporting the Property & Casualty insurance sector. They provide a proprietary software platform that helps insurance agents grow their businesses. Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted insurance agent clients (between 20-30 per hour),
Secure and schedule appointments for the assigned accounts/agents.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative call center culture.
1-2 years of high-volume call center experience
Strong phone presence – clear, confident, professional communication.
Good computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, Google tools).
Ability to work onsite every day in Clinton Township, MI.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Resilient and motivated to hit goals in a structured, metric-driven environment.
