Operations Supervisor – Nights

Location: South Fort Worth

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our Production team at our Fort Worth Plant. As a key leader, you will oversee production activities, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and drive results through strategic planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct production activities, establishing priorities and optimizing resources
• Coordinate production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
• Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and resolve manufacturing problems
• Communicate shift performances, address issues, and maintain good employee relations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct incident investigations, safety inspections, and training compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• 5-7 years of operations experience in leadership roles in CPG and/or food manufacturing
• Technical knowledge of processing and packaging (an asset)
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, People Leadership, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
• Excellent communication, project management, and budgeting skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and operating systems (CMMS, ERP, MES)
