Executive Assistant | Remote
Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who excels at managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional support to senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage email and phone communications, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
