- Work closely with U.S. HR and Finance teams to manage employee benefits and compensation structures.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations in Mexico and the US.
- Provide support during audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll records.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

- Experience setting up payroll systems and processes.
- Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, SAP, Workday, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
- Fluent English written and spoken proficiency (C1 or C2).

Why Join Us?
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing international company and play a crucial role in establishing its overall operations in Mexico and supporting the US team.
