We are looking for experienced, bilingual agency recruiters to join our medical staffing firm.
We need someone proactive and strategic to source a high volume of quality medical staff for different clients in the US, utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards, and social media to attract bilingual top talent.

The Bilingual Agency Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare positions. This role serves as an extension of our marketing team, focusing on lead generation. You will work on-site at a brand-new office space, along with other experienced recruiters to build a strong talent pipeline that meets and exceed the goals and metrics set each month. You will keep constant communication with onshore hiring managers to meet high-volume staffing needs.
Your role:
- Identify and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews in a fast-paced, cold-calling environment.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals and constantly update the database.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and application status.
- Keep constant collaboration with internal recruiters to start application processes for travel nurses.
- Provide updates on sourcing and screening progress to onshore hiring managers.
- Meet daily metrics by averaging 60-70 calls daily, in addition to sending texts and leaving voice mail messages to candidates and prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English (C1/C2) with strong phone presence and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing agency environment.
- Proven experience in meeting high-volume recruiting metrics and goals.
- Good command of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to comfortably hold 60+ calls per day.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with remote working tools and technologies.
- Experience in identifying and prescreening candidates.
- Previous general understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications preferred.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and lead generation strategies.
