GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Power Transmission company. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for western North Carolina.

Requirements:

- Background in power transmission, motor or pump repair, or a related industrial discipline is strongly preferred
- Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions
- Proven experience in an outside or field-based sales role within an industrial or technical environment
- Ability to transition customer conversations from product needs into repair and service solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to white-glove customer service
- Self-motivated and coachable, with the ability to manage a defined territory and build lasting customer relationships
