GRS Recruiting has partnered with a custom/engineered industrial manufacturer in their search for a General Manager/Operations Leader in Northeast, OH.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership, with a background in custom or configured-to-order product environments - machine building or engineered systems experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to oversee cross-functional operations including mechanical and controls engineering, machining, and supply chain
- Strong leadership and people development skills - able to build, develop, and align teams around clear goals and processes (will oversee a team of 40+)
- Proven ability to install structure, develop procedures, and drive operational improvement independently
- Confident, decisive, and results-oriented - able to take ownership and execute without waiting to be managed
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and follow-through are essential
