GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Fluid Power Distributor. They are seeking a Fluid Power Sales Representative to cover a local Western Arkansas/Eastern Oklahoma territory.

Requirements:

- Background in fluid power, hydraulics, or related industrial distribution is strongly preferred. Experience with hose, fittings, or power transmission products will also be considered
- Candidates from manufacturing or distribution backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Proven outside sales experience in an industrial products environment
- Ability to manage and grow a territory independently with minimal oversight
- Strong relationship-building skills with end users, OEMs, and MRO accounts
