GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Metals Distributor. They are seeking a Southeast Regional Sales Manager in a remote role covering the Southeast U.S.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in industrial distribution sales - metals experience is preferred but not required, as candidates from a manufacturing or distribution background will be considered
- Strong relationship-building skills with the presence and ability to introduce new products and expand wallet share with existing channel partners
- Experience selling through distribution channels exclusively - no direct OEM or end-user sales experience required
- Demonstrated ability to develop new channel partnerships alongside managing an established distributor network
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and confidently present a specialized product line
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable owning a routine - entrepreneurial mindset is a must
