GRS Recruiting has partnered with a global Power Transmission company. They are seeking an Engineered Chain Business Unit Manager - Remote/National.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in engineered chain product sales
- Background in business development or general management within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business from the ground up, including prospecting and closing new accounts
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, high-accountability role
- Strong understanding of custom chain manufacturing applications and how to position engineered solutions to end users, OEMs, or distributors
- Willingness to travel nationally, with overnight travel required roughly half of the time, including initial time spent working out of the Miami market
