GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Power Transmission Manufacturer. They are seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the Midwest.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong foundation in scheduling, purchasing, and materials management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems is essential - experience with Infor Visual is highly preferred, though candidates with comparable ERP expertise in a manufacturing setting will be considered
- Demonstrated ability to analyze production capacity, scheduling constraints, and resource availability to make sound operational decisions
- Experience managing or coordinating across purchasing, receiving, shipping, and customer service functions
- Strong data and systems aptitude - this role requires someone who can take ownership of processes, identify gaps, and drive structure and accountability
- Proven track record of taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment
