GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Distributor/Rep. They are seeking a Sales Manager in the Tampa, FL area.

Requirements:

- Proven technical background in pumps and pump systems, with a strong working knowledge of pump applications and system design
- Experience selling into process-driven industries such as water and wastewater treatment, paper and pulp, or similar industrial markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and support a sales team in a technical distribution environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with end-users, engineers, and plant personnel
- Ability to manage a territory across Florida
- Self-directed and comfortable operating without heavy oversight in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
