GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Fluid Power Product Distributor. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the greater Indianapolis area. 

Requirements:

- Background in seals, hose, or fluid power products is strongly preferred
- Experience with pumps or related fluid power applications is a plus
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn specialized industrial products
- Proven experience in an inside sales or customer-facing technical role
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to customer needs
- Willingness to work on-site daily in a collaborative team environment
