GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Fluid Power/Industrial Distributor. They are seeking a General Manager in the Mountain Region.
Requirements:
- Proven progressive leadership experience at the General Manager, Regional Director, or equivalent level with accountability for teams, operations, and financial results
- Full P&L ownership experience including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and cost control
- Background in industrial distribution, industrial services, manufacturing, or a closely related field
- Strong commercial leadership skills across sales management, pricing, key account development, and customer retention
- Operational excellence mindset with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to be present in the operation, engage directly with field teams, and travel within the assigned region
