Inside Sales Representative - Illinois

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Power Transmission Manufacturer seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Greater Chicagoland area.

Key Background:
- Background in bearings, power transmission components, or related industrial products such as pumps, valves, hydraulics, or mechanical PT
- Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role within an industrial setting
- Comfort working in a small, flexible, and loosely structured environment where wearing multiple hats is the norm
- Strong phone and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency with order processing systems and general computer skills, including some accounting functions
