GRS Recruiting has partnered with a growing power transmission company to find an Inside Sales Representative in the greater Minneapolis area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and working in a laid-back industrial environment with long-term growth potential.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong industrial distribution background and the ability to step into an established territory with minimal ramp-up time. This company values people who are self-motivated, mechanically minded, and easy to work with.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial inside sales, preferably within power transmission, motion control, or fluid power distribution
  • Strong knowledge of products such as bearings, gearboxes, electric motors, belting, chains, sprockets, or linear motion components
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications and recommend solutions
  • Experience working for an industrial distributor or similar industrial sales environment
  • Ability to manage customer relationships independently without heavy oversight or micromanagement
  • Open to candidates who want to remain in inside sales long term or grow into an outside sales role in the future
