GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Pump Manufacturer. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Midwest based remotely in the Midwest region.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven background in centrifugal pumps or a closely related fluid control product such as valves, with a solid understanding of pump applications
- Experience selling into industrial markets
- Proven track record in a regional or territory sales role with demonstrated ability to grow revenue
- Experience managing and developing distributor relationships on behalf of a manufacturer is preferred - candidates coming from the distributor side with strong manufacturer familiarity will also be considered
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across the Midwest territory
- Self-directed and capable of managing a territory with a high degree of independence
