Inside Sales Representative

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a growing manufacturer in the HVAC and industrial components industry to hire an Inside Sales Representative in the Chicago area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, building customer relationships, and working in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will support customers, provide product recommendations, assist with quotations, and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions for commercial and industrial applications. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of projects and applications, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical sales environments
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred; candidates with strong mechanical aptitude will also be considered
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product information to customers
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach to business relationships
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience supporting commercial or industrial markets preferred
