Job Description

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Seals Distributor. They are seeking an Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ (Tucson considered).

This is a field-based, expansion role created through acquisition. The company is actively growing its Arizona presence and needs a hunter-minded account manager to develop new business and manage an inherited book of revenue across the state.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in industrial distribution or engineered products sales, with a consultative and solutions-oriented selling approach
- Background in seals, gaskets, or engineered solutions strongly preferred; candidates from hydraulics, hose, belting, or adjacent industrial distribution backgrounds will be considered
- Self-directed and highly autonomous - able to structure your own day, manage a territory independently, and drive results without close supervision
- Hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to open new accounts and grow territory revenue
- Comfortable working across dual product lines and navigating ambiguity during a period of company growth and integration
- Must be based in Arizona (Phoenix preferred, Tucson considered) and available to work field-based across the state
