GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Hose and Fitting Distributor. They are seeking a Branch Manager / Operations Manager in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hose, fittings, or fluid power distribution - familiarity with industrial distribution environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated management experience covering both front-end customer-facing operations and back-end branch administration
- Ability to wear multiple hats - comfortable moving between operational oversight, account management, and inside sales support as needed
- Strong leadership presence with a go-getter attitude, self-reliance, and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Willingness to travel periodically to satellite branches and industry trade shows - approximately once a month or less, with trips typically 2-3 days in length
- Ownership mentality with a long-term commitment mindset - this role is built for someone looking to plant roots and grow with the organization
