Western Regional Sales Manager
Western United States

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a well-established industrial component Manufacturer to identify a Western Regional Sales Manager. This role will lead sales strategy and execution across a large, multi-state territory in the western U.S., working closely with distribution partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own revenue growth and market expansion across the Western region

  • Lead and develop channel partners, distributors, and resellers

  • Execute business plans, forecasts, and regional sales strategies

  • Balance hands-on sales execution with channel marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate internally to support key accounts and regional priorities

Requirements

  • Proven success selling through distribution and reseller channels

  • Strong business planning, forecasting, and execution discipline

  • Ability to balance sales execution with channel marketing strategy

  • Experience leading without direct authority across partner networks

Nice to Have

  • Background in battery, energy storage, or industrial components

  • Exposure to independent representative networks

  • Experience coordinating national or strategic accounts
