Western Regional Sales Manager

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a well-established industrial component Manufacturer to identify a Western Regional Sales Manager. This role will lead sales strategy and execution across a large, multi-state territory in the western U.S., working closely with distribution partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
What You Will Do
Own revenue growth and market expansion across the Western region
Lead and develop channel partners, distributors, and resellers
Execute business plans, forecasts, and regional sales strategies
Balance hands-on sales execution with channel marketing initiatives
Collaborate internally to support key accounts and regional priorities
Requirements
Proven success selling through distribution and reseller channels
Strong business planning, forecasting, and execution discipline
Ability to balance sales execution with channel marketing strategy
Experience leading without direct authority across partner networks
Nice to Have
Background in battery, energy storage, or industrial components
Exposure to independent representative networks
Experience coordinating national or strategic accounts
