The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution, while building strong relationships across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth across key markets
  • Manage and mentor a team of four direct reports
  • Oversee distribution channels and expand market reach
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align commercial strategy with company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships
  • Travel approximately 30% to support customers and business development efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within manufacturing or engineered products
  • Strong background working with or through distribution channels
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience overseeing both sales and marketing functions
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
