Job Description

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a specialty manufacturer in the Power Transmission industry to find a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Midwest states of IL, WI, MN and into parts of IN and MI. This is a high-impact role focused on developing new business, calling directly on end users, and building strong relationships in key industrial markets.

This position is ideal for a motivated, self-directed sales professional who enjoys hunting for new opportunities and bringing tailored solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Proven success in an industrial sales role with a strong hunter mentality
  • Experience selling into end users within industries such as bottling or similar manufacturing environments
  • Background in power transmission products such as chains, sprockets, bearings, gearboxes, or belting
  • Familiarity with conveyor systems, particularly conveyor or roller chain applications, is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout the Midwest region and effectively manage a territory
  • Comfortable working independently while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
