Job Description

A growing, privately held industrial manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Northeast to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the eastern U.S.

This is a high-impact role focused on both new business development and account management, working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions to customers across a range of industries.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities in a technical sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, solution-based offerings
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and customer trainings
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven success in industrial B2B sales, including business development and account management
  • Linear Motion, Framing, Actuation, and Motion Control experience is preferred
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, automation, or mechanical systems environments preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote role while driving results
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
