Regional Sales Manager
Remote – Indiana or Michigan

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a specialty lubrication manufacturer to find a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a key Midwest territory. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a multi-state region, working closely with distributor partners while building strong relationships with end users in industrial markets.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Proven success in industrial sales, including both new business development and account management
  • Product knowledge should include rotating equipment, motors, bearings, conveying, and lubricants
  • Experience working through distribution channels while also driving demand at the end-user level
  • Strong understanding of industrial environments such as manufacturing, automotive, steel, or related sectors
  • Ability to position technical solutions that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and deliver cost savings
  • Comfortable leading joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and training sessions with partners and customers
  • Skilled in territory planning, pipeline management, and using CRM tools to track performance and forecast
