What You’ll Do
- Lead branch operations including sales, warehouse, and customer service
- Drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers across industrial and related markets
- Coach and develop a small team while creating a positive, accountable culture
- Manage inventory, logistics, and day-to-day branch performance
- Execute strategic plans to grow market share and improve operational efficiency
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a branch management or industrial sales management role
- Strong background working with industrial products such as hose, fittings, pipe, valves, or related
- Ability to drive business development and build lasting customer relationships
- Experience leading teams and creating accountability without micromanaging
- Operational understanding of inventory, logistics, and warehouse management
- Strategic thinker who can balance sales growth with operational execution
