OEM Key Account Manager
Territory: Ohio Valley to Southeast
GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading hose and fitting manufacturer to identify an OEM Key Account Manager responsible for driving growth across a multi-state territory. This role focuses on developing and expanding relationships with small to mid-sized OEMs, with access to existing accounts and high-demand product lines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key OEM accounts across the Ohio Valley and Southeast regions
Develop new business with small to mid-sized OEM customers in targeted industries
Work closely with leadership on strategic sales initiatives and account development
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure successful product integration
Requirements
Proven experience selling into OEM markets, particularly mobile or industrial applications
Background working with equipment such as drilling rigs, rock crushers, or similar heavy machinery
Experience with hydraulics, tubing, or fittings
Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles and account management
Ability to manage and grow key accounts across a multi-state territory
Familiarity with PPAP processes is a plus
