GRS Recruiting has partnered with a global filtration manufacturer to find a Regional Salesperson to support growth across the Midwest. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and distribution partners. The position focuses on developing new business and supporting existing accounts within industrial filtration and related equipment markets.
Experience selling capital equipment in an industrial environment
Background in air compressor systems, including equipment or service sales is a plus
Experience with industrial filtration, such as process or liquid filtration
Experience working for or closely with industrial distributors
Understanding of manufacturer and distributor channel relationships
Proven ability to develop and grow territory-based sales
Fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly
Minimal red tape and a highly agile organization
Small, collaborative team where individuals make a visible impact
Strong customer-first culture focused on long-term partnerships
High level of autonomy with zero micromanagement
