Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience in an inside sales, customer service, or sales support within an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience managing quotes, orders, and follow-ups in a CRM or ERP system
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple customer requests at once
- Comfortable working alongside outside sales teams to support territory growth
