Location: Eastern Pennsylvania
GRS Recruiting has partnered with a global process control manufacturer to identify an experienced Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative will develop and manage relationships with industrial end-user accounts throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a driven technical sales professional who excels in consultative, application-based selling and enjoys balancing new business development with account management. The position requires full ownership of territory strategy, customer engagement, and quota performance.
Mandatory experience selling valves within flow control and fluid handling applications
Strong understanding of quarter-turn valves with application-level knowledge
Proven outside sales experience in industrial environments
Experience with valve manufacturers
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory and consistently achieve sales goals
