Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with regional sales managers and OEM customers, primarily within the HVAC equipment manufacturing space. This individual will play a key role in market feedback, customer engagement, and driving adoption of innovative automation and motor technologies.
Key Requirements
Experience selling HVAC equipment or automation-related products such as VFDs, controls, PLCs, or coils
Background working with OEM customers, with a strong understanding of OEM sales processes
Proven ability to engage commercial and industrial (C&I) clients
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving company environment and providing direct market feedback
Self-driven, competitive, and proactive sales approach
Experience calling on or working alongside regional sales managers (RSMs)
