Outside Sales Representative
Location: North Dakota
GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading industrial fluid systems supplier to find an Outside Sales Representative to support and grow business across North Dakota. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing their own territory. The position offers strong internal support and the opportunity to work with a respected company serving multiple industrial markets.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting a portfolio of industrial fluid system products and services.
Experience selling industrial products such as pumps, valves, motors, or seals preferred
Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and door-to-door sales activity
Background working with customers in industries such as oil and gas, food processing, or industrial service and repair
Strong relationship-building and territory development skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Technical aptitude or prior experience in power transmission or fluid handling equipment is a plus
Very limited overnight travel required within the territory
High level of autonomy with the ability to manage your own book of business
Strong inside sales and operational support to assist with quoting and order management
