Outside Sales Representative
Location: North Dakota

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading industrial fluid systems supplier to find an Outside Sales Representative to support and grow business across North Dakota. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing their own territory. The position offers strong internal support and the opportunity to work with a respected company serving multiple industrial markets.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting a portfolio of industrial fluid system products and services.

Requirements

  • Experience selling industrial products such as pumps, valves, motors, or seals preferred

  • Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and door-to-door sales activity

  • Background working with customers in industries such as oil and gas, food processing, or industrial service and repair

  • Strong relationship-building and territory development skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

  • Technical aptitude or prior experience in power transmission or fluid handling equipment is a plus
