Outside Sales Representative

Location: Indiana or Illinois

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading HVAC equipment supplier to identify an Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth across Indiana and Illinois. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with contractors and engineering firms within a defined territory and account list.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Proven experience coming from a consulting firm or a related technical sales environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required

  • Mechanical project engineering experience at a general contractor is a strong fit

  • Background in applied air systems is not required

  • Ability to manage and grow a defined account list of contractors and engineers

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate solutions effectively
