Territory Sales Manager

Territory: Ohio and Pennsylvania

GRS Recruiting has partnered with an established packaging equipment company to hire a Territory Sales Manager to support business growth across Ohio and Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with a hunter mentality who understands packaging equipment and enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow new business across Ohio and Pennsylvania through proactive prospecting
  • Sell packaging equipment and inspection solutions as part of a complete, turnkey offering
  • Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
  • Manage a territory pipeline, lead generation, quoting, and closing activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful equipment implementation and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience selling or supporting packaging equipment or related industrial solutions
  • Knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging equipment
  • Strong new business development skills with a hunter mentality and competitive drive
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and consistently deliver results
