GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Control Valve and Automation Supplier to identify a driven Territory Sales Manager to support and grow business throughout Southern Louisiana. This position is well suited for a technically focused sales professional with strong end user relationships and experience selling engineered valve solutions.
Previous experience selling control valves, automated valves, check valves, or related valve products
Proven success selling into the Southern Louisiana market with established end user relationships
Strong technical background with experience selling to engineers and maintenance planners
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory autonomously
Self motivated, disciplined, and results driven
Uncapped commission structure with a highly lucrative compensation plan
Non commodity sales environment focused on engineered solutions

Ability to offer both product sales and service or rebuilding support
