Account Manager – Hydraulics | West Coast
GRS Recruiting has partnered with an innovative and well-established hydraulic systems manufacturer to find their next Account Manager based in the West Coast. This company operates with a strong US footprint, assembling and testing key products across multiple North American locations. Known for its collaborative culture and technical expertise, the company is seeking a self-motivated sales professional with strong technical aptitude in fluid power systems.

Experience in hydraulic sales, preferably in mobile, construction, or agricultural markets
Strong technical foundation; engineering background preferred but not required
Familiarity with fluid power and applications engineering
Proven success selling to engineers rather than procurement teams
Ability to navigate both OEM and distribution sales (80% OEM, 20% distribution)
Self starter mindset with a strong sense of initiative
US based manufacturing, assembly, and testing operations
Autonomy focused leadership with no micromanagement
Strong and stable leadership with long tenure and hands on experience
Collaborative, low ego environment where the best ideas rise to the top
