GRS Recruiting has partnered with a specialty forging and piping components manufacturer that is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the U.S. This is a high-visibility role focused on expanding relationships within wholesale distribution and supply houses, with a strong emphasis on major accounts.
This role is responsible for developing and managing distributor relationships, expanding share within existing accounts, and identifying new growth opportunities across the wholesale channel. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record selling engineered products into distribution, strong supply house experience, and the ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership.
Proven experience selling to supply houses and wholesale distribution, including relationships with major distributors
Demonstrated success selling engineered products into distribution; piping products experience required
Flanges experience is a plus, along with knowledge of forging components or related product lines
Strong track record of consistent sales performance, account development, and territory growth
Ability to work a national or regional territory with professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
Stable career history and strong customer relationship management skills
